We are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our business operations. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Answering emails and phone calls from clients and vendors
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating with our team of cleaners
  • Managing our social media accounts and website
  • Assisting with invoicing and other administrative tasks
  • Conducting research and creating reports
  • Creating quotes and estimates
  • Must speak, type and write fluent english and portuguese
  • Must have a computer or laptop and access to a great speed internet.

The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant, is proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and has excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus, but not required.
