Leading Regulatory Affairs in GSK Norway

In this role you will…

  • Lead regulatory affairs activities for pharma and vaccine product portfolios to support delivery of business priorities and maintain highest standards of regulatory compliance and quality
  • Lead the Regulatory team ensuring clear focus on business objectives, and driving and performance and quality
  • Ensure the development and optimisation of standardized, efficient, and compliant regulatory processes in the company
  • Engage effectively within the Global and regional matrix teams and translate the operational plan into clear targets for the team
  • Advise Local Management Teams on Regulatory matters and support MT business strategy
  • Lead on Regulatory Agency engagement and ensure that new products can be launched and maintained in the Market, in accordance with local laws and regulations
  • Network with industry associations and competent authorities to exert influence on the environment and market conditions in line with GSK strategies
  • Proactively manage impact of regulatory changes

Why you?

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in scientific subject (e.g., life sciences, pharmacy)
  • Experience in people management and leadership
  • 5+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs
  • Fluent in English, speaking and writing

Preferred:

  • Fluent in Norwegian or other Nordic language
  • Cross functional experience
