Talent Lead [Pakistan]


 

· Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.

· Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)

· Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring.

· Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.

· Conducting thorough background checks on new recruits.

· Lead employment branding initiatives.

· Assist in employee retention and development.

· Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business.

· Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.

· Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements:

· Bachelors in Human Resource Management Relevant Field

· 10 years’ experience of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.

· Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding

· Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

· Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles

· Excellent communication Skills

· A leader and strategic thinker

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Talent Management: 7 years (Preferred)
