Due to an internal promotion, we now have an opening for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead and coordinate our efficient and highly productive workshop team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate and delegate orders
- Monitor the performance and productivity of workshop staff
- Identify and oversee repair of technical issues
- Provide expertise and support to Technicians, building your teams' knowledge base
- Ensure all work is completed within the Manufacturer Repair Times guide
- Road test vehicles to ensure quality and safety checks are completed
- Complete quality and timely work, as per Repair Order instructions
- Identify additional work where required and liaise with Service Advisor's to provide feedback to customers
About You

- Ability to work to deadlines and Customer expectations
- Current Manual Driver's Licence (essential)
- Previous experience as a Workshop Manager or Senior Technician
- Understand the importance of WHS
- Qualified eg Certificate III Automotive (Mechanical – Light Vehicle)
