Job Description
- Surveillance: Work in a central control room, monitoring and controlling a bank of screens.
- Conduct daily system checks - Camera status 100% functional, resolution of the video is good, CCTV operating system working (controllers and software), recording and retrieval system is working. Keep a record on the daily system check in the logbook.
- Live video monitoring.
- Gather, compile and produce CCTV reports and evidences as and when requested by competent authority.
- Monitor the camera images continuously so as to assist with the prevention and detection of crime regularities.
- Control remotely such as gate, doors, or other access points.
- Monitor the movements of vehicles, maintenance personnel, sub-contractor staff and visitors.
- Coordination with the entire security team and FM team on ground.
- Respond to the intrusion alarm by instructing the team.
- Attend to complaints of theft, pilferage or reported losses and conduct preliminary investigations in line with SIRA guidelines.
- Report any suspicious movements to the Team Leader.
- Do not allow access to unauthorized personnel in the CCTV room.
- Do not allow unauthorized personnel to review the cameras. Perform monitoring tasks in line with standard operating procedures.
- Do not disclose information to non-authorized persons.
- Inform supervisor of changes in manning duties.
- Arrange the use of automatic camera and screen sequencing to increase the likelihood of detecting incidents.
- Check equipment for operational readiness and conduct first line maintenance.
- Video patrolling: Systematic monitoring of certain areas of allocated portfolio. Conduct the visual inspection of the designated route and sequences of the cameras. Establish these routes / locations in consultation with FM site Manager / Security Supervisor. Such areas would be;
Vulnerable or critical areas.
Remote and low activity areas.
Areas not covered by foot patrols.
- Security patrols on foot and in a vehicle (depending on site).
- Controlling and issuing keys.
- Operating as a key-holder.
- Maintaining log books and registers.

Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
