Our client provides a complete infrastructure to create, manage, test, and publish industrial augmented reality applications. The mission of the company is to become the leading provider of industrial AR applications.
To accomplish this mission and support our clients, we need to extend our team with a talented customer success manager. On its mission to collect another 5,5 Million, our client is growing in revenue and its customer base. In order to achieve companies mission, we are looking for individuals who can establish close relationships with clients, understand their needs, overcome challenges, and instill belief in the revolutionary effects of our company´s state-of-the-art AR solutions on their business.
About the role:
- Gain a deep understanding of the industries our client operates in and the obstacles they face, and devise effective AR strategies to address them.
- Take ownership of both inbound and self-generated leads, implementing sales campaigns and tactics to drive lead generation.
- Grasp the unique challenges faced by potential clients and adeptly present and demonstrate how our solutions can help them overcome those challenges.
- Employ consultative value selling techniques to guide prospects through their purchasing journey.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology to maintain a strong presence and relevance with clients.
- Enhance your own productivity and professional growth by effectively utilizing our CRM system to document and communicate your activities and progress.
That’s what you bring with:
- Proactive and enthusiastic sales professional with experience in a cutting-edge technology environment.
- Strong background in technical B2B consulting and/or sales.
- Ability to clearly communicate the business value of software solutions during the sales process.
- Proficient in objection handling and negotiation techniques, with excellent leadership and communication skills to foster strong partnerships.
- Dedicated to achieving success in the market and driving growth for our client.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with knowledge of German as a plus.
- Willingness to work primarily from the Vienna office and travel to client locations approximately 20-25% of the time.

The
minimum wage for this full-time position is EUR 54.740,00 € gross per year, in accordance with the Austrian collective agreement of our client. However, this statement is just a formality - we would like to discuss the actual salary during our first conversation.
