- Monitor and maintain daily accounting transactions including receivables, payments and claims, stocktake on merchandises
- Maintain proper and systematic filing and record keeping
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, financial statements, banks reconciliation and monthly reports
- Assist in including cheques, payment voucher and online payment
- Monitor collections and issue receipts
- Perform general admin duties such as assist in handling customers at the front desk and incoming calls
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in handling accounts
- Strong organization and communication skills
