Administrative assistant [Singapore]


 

  • Monitor and maintain daily accounting transactions including receivables, payments and claims, stocktake on merchandises
  • Maintain proper and systematic filing and record keeping
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, financial statements, banks reconciliation and monthly reports
  • Assist in including cheques, payment voucher and online payment
  • Monitor collections and issue receipts
  • Perform general admin duties such as assist in handling customers at the front desk and incoming calls

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in handling accounts
  • Strong organization and communication skills
