- Coordinate housing permits and licenses with agencies such as the Registry of Deeds, Assessor's Office, HLURB, etc.
- Ensure complete documentation for submission of requirements
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations among stakeholders, including internal departments
- Handle payment remittances required
- With at least 2 years work experience in real estate companies performing liaison work with various government agencies (RD, BIR, Municipal Offices, Treasurer's Office, etc.)
- Must have dependable work ethics and integrity
- Possesses dynamic personality and shows initiative in completing requirements
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
