Outdoor Catering Supervisor [Bahrain]


 

1. Checks function details and to organize the preparation in accordance with company standards.

2. Liaises with the function organizer to ensure that the timing of service and details are as required.

3. Briefs the staff on details of each function and to allocate specific duties and service stations.

4. Ensures that all food and beverage meets the required standards of presentation, quality and quantity.

5. Ensures that all fixtures, fittings and equipment are cleaned and maintained in accordance with operating procedures.

6. Deals with any customer complaints and refers anything outside his area of responsibility to the Catering Manager, Duty Manager or F&B Manager.

7. Ascertains the correct billing of all sales in the function areas and to ensure that all unused bills and stocks are returned correctly.

8. Conserves energy wherever possible by ensuring all unused equipment and lighting is turned off.

9. Carries out all reasonable duties as may be requested by the Catering Manager, Banquet Manager, F&B Manager or Duty Manager.

General Duties:

1- To wear the company uniform and ensure all staff do likewise

2- To Familiarize self and staff with safety, emergency and first aid procedures

3- To report all accidents and safety hazard

4- To Behave at all times in a manner which projects a good company image to colleagues and guests and ensure safe, hygienic working condition.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From BD230.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
