The American International School - Riyadh is seeking a certified High School Social Studies Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year.

Qualifications & Criteria:
- Candidate must be under his/her spouse's sponsorship (please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria)
- KSA Dependent Status: Holder of valid Saudi Iqama (Residence permit) under husband/wife sponsorship.
- Professional Teaching Certification is required. (High School Licensed Educator)
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Minimum of 2-years' High School (Grades 9-12) teaching experience in Social Studies/History.
- Fluent English language capacity.
- Able to start work August 13, 2023.
- Can commit to AIS-R work hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm. (5:00pm on Tuesdays)

- Communicates with families and reports student progress on a regular basis.

Terms of Employment:
- Salary will be assigned from the Faculty salary schedule; the contract term will be 190 days.
- Dates of Employment: August 13, 2023 - June 15, 2024.
Evaluation: Performance will be evaluated in accordance with school policy by the designated Supervisor.
