Manager Marketing
Telecom Foundation is looking for an experienced and qualified professional against the position of Manager Marketing, with the following (but not limited to) responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and tactics to promote the Foundation and drive targeted customer traffic to its portfolio.

- Manage and drive brand strategy road map, in light of the strategic vision and mission of the Foundation.
- Manage and drive market share performance in light of the Foundation's strategic road map.
- Manage the information database for market business intelligence, market pricing and competitor analysis.
- Plan and deploy successful marketing campaigns and manage their implementation from idea to execution.
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing image and ensuring that all marketing material is in line.
- Incorporate and manage variety of digital and social media channels for promotion as well as revenue generation.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for the Foundation's website / portal and blog that leads to customer and revenue generation.
- Build strategic relationships with key industry players, advertising agencies and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis with efficient funds allocation.
- Oversee the design of marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and assess against the planned goals
- Create articulate and powerful writings / publications in print / digital media.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors or higher degree in business administration / marketing or related subject, with experience of working in an advertising agency.
- At least 8 years working experience with Bachelors and 6 years with Higher degree in related field.
- Degree(s) must be in Relevant field from HEC recognized University (local or foreign).
- Experience in designing marketing / branding material on digital media is mandatory.
- Must be fluent and articulate in promotional writings and communication.
- Proven experience in leading marketing campaigns and identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- A sense of aesthetics and a skill in creative communication
Up-to-date and hands on experience with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: From Rs100,000.00 per month

- Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
