We are working with an amazing company who have been established for over 20 years. Their products are used within the insurance industry and are the backbone to the majority of Sweden's most well known insurance providers. The platform is used by these companies to enhance their claims automation process and help filter customers/claims into the right direction based on their specific requirements.
My client have fully established themselves as the heart beat behind how claims processes work and have developed fantastic relationships and a one of a kind system which has enabled companies to give their customers better experiences and more efficient help when making any kind of claim through their insurance provider.
The position we are currently working on is within a separate part of the business which almost acts like an R&D department and this division is creating something brand new, extremely exciting and even more ONE OF A KIND!
The new product is a SaaS platform which will be used for work flow management however, it will be completely user based and completely unique to each individual user and in essence can be used for absolutely anything! From managing working environments to organising your individual work flow it will do whatever you want it to do and will be so smart that it will always push you in the right direction no matter what you want the outcome to be.
Given the complexity of the environment it is a huge challenge for anyone to get stuck into and will constantly have you thinking of new ways to work.
We are currently looking for a Full Stack Engineer with experience in both front and back end development to help develop the new platform with both brand new, green field development and upgrading the environment that is already there. In short we are looking for experience in the following area:

- Strong experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem with solid exposure to .NET Framework, .NET Core and C#
- You will have responsibilities in front end development helping create positive customer experience and should have experience using React OR Vue frameworks.
- Our client make huge use of Microservices across their entire environment and having experience in things like Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices and GRPC
- You should also have experience working with DevOps practices using DevOps for pipeline deployment and automation.
- Communication will be key working in a small select team of extremely talented individuals across both front and back end development and therefore great communication and team skills are important.
- Given the complexity of the product you will be building it is also desired but not essential to have experience in algorithmic development.
