Location Timisoara, Romania

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate a complex range of product development tasks together with a complex & interdisciplinary project team;
• Responsible of the planning and execution of medium complexity application projects in the sensors area (Intelligent Battery Systems and/ or Rain Light Sensors);
• Coordinating and steer work packages and milestones within a project team using prescribed methods and systems;
• Coordinating and executing international projects with a clear focus on high performance of project teams and predefined goals;
• Partially responsible for projects at other Hella locations. Flexible work time, working in a diverse environment, availability to travel occasionally.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Coordinating and executing international projects with a clear focus on high performance of project teams
  and predefined goals;
• Advanced knowledge of product development process (V-cycle);
• General Knowledge in the fields: Electronics, SW, MD design;
• General Knowledge in Planning, tracking and achieving project, quality, timing and commercial targets and explaining facts, practices;
• Previous experience in discussing with customers;
• Advanced communication and moderator skills relevant for leading cross functional meetings;
• Good writing, reading and speaking English skills.

Skills and abilities nice to have:

• Previous experience as project manager in projects involving embedded devices or leading a discipline at project level (hardware, software or mechanics);
• Previous experience in automotive development.
