Hiring a few Permanent Part Time Triage Officers to man nursing home triage area.
Job Description:
1) Manage resident visitation
- Guide visitor on registration
- Guide visitor on car park matters
- Escort visitor to visitation area
- Inform ward nurse to bring down resident to visitation area
- Inform ward nurse to collect items delivered for residents
2) Manage vendor and other visitor
- Inform reception on goods delivery
- Control main gate and manage vehicle traffic at main entrance
- Hold the vendor/contractor at waiting point
- Guide visitor/vendor on car park matters
- Report to reception on any unauthorised vehicle in the premise
- Respond to any emergency matters
3) Other related duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Able to work 8am to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm
- Able to commit at least 3 to 5 days per week
- Able to work independently
- Physically fit to move around
- Multi-lingual an added advantage
- Able to work in open sheltered area without aircon (fan available)
- Familiar with Facility Control Centre duties
